Working from the brief, the design team prepares concept drawings while Fenn Projects provides real‑time cost feedback, so design and budget evolve hand‑in‑hand. Early price alignment shields you from the “cost‑shock” that derails so many traditional projects.

Once the concept design is approved, we hand‑pick and engage specialist consultants on your behalf. During this stage, we introduce an Authority Matrix that tracks every approval pathway. This cohesive team approach streamlines decisions, saving you time, stress and unnecessary fees.

The design is refined with full consultant input and town‑planning submissions (if required) culminating in a coordinated detailed‑design package.
